East Haddam Park and Recreation serves all community members by providing diverse recreational activities. We strive to include all areas of leisure services, activities, classes and programs. If there is a program that you would like to see offered in East Haddam, please feel free to give us a call!

Weather Cancellations

If a program is cancelled due to weather, we will make every effort to email all participants using the email that you provided when you registered for the program.  We will also change the recorded message on the office phone 860-873-5058.  (The office phone message will not be changed unless there is a cancellation.)  Cancellations will be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of all programs except in extenuating circumstances.  If the East Haddam schools are closed, or have an early dismissal, all East Haddam Parks and Recreation activities are automatically cancelled.
