Goals and Objectives
Our office will continue to educate voters on the use of the new Optical Scan Tabulators in order to run smooth and successful Elections. We will also work to encourage voter registration of all eligible persons in town, as we believe voter participation is the backbone of our democracy.

2024 Presidential Election
Here is the information you need for the 2024 Presidential Election which is right around the corner. Early voting will be held in the Registrar's Office at the Municipal Office Complex, 1 Plains Road, Moodus, starting Monday, October 21st and extending for 14 days, including weekends, through November 3rd. Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. every day except for October 29th and 31st when hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Same Day Voter Registration will be available during all hours of Early Voting and on Election Day. This means that citizens will be able to register and vote on the same day. You will need to bring both proof of ID and residence..
