Workers' Compensation Building Permit Requirements

All approved and issued permits are subject to inspections performed by a representative of the Building Department.  Requests for inspections must be made 48 hours in advance.  COA inspections must be completed 10 days prior to issuance of certificate paperwork.

Withdrawn Application: If an application is withdrawn, 30% (minimum of $25.00) of the fee collected at the time of submission of the application will be forfeited to the Town for administrative expenses.  Requests for refunds of the remainder of the fee must be in writing addressed to the Building Official.  No refunds after three (3) months of issued permit.
